HI! My name is Kayla, and I'm 12 years old..
Grandma Barb and Grandpa Mike told me that by the time that I turned 10, I could start to go to craft shows with them. I was told by my grandparents that they were long, and hard work, but I had been waiting for many years for this to come, and I still wanted to go.
I've always enjoyed crafts, such as; painting, beading, drawing, watercolors, and many other crafting activities. The fun part was learning more about crafts by watching my Grandma and Grandpa. They taught me most of what I know about art.
A couple of years ago, Grandma and I painted dolphins on my bedroom wall.
We decided that beading would be the best start for me. Putting my paintings in craft shows will wait a couple of years, so I can focus on just one subject. Grandma told me she would put some of my designs on her website also.
I'm starting to make inventory for shows this summer, so watch for pictures of my creations here.
